The service
Mynaprovides an AI assistant that answers and qualifies your customers' WhatsApp enquiries. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
Acceptable use
Use Myna only for genuine customer support and lead qualification. Do not use it for spam, unsolicited marketing, illegal content, or anything that violates WhatsApp / Meta policies. Customers always initiate conversations.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Founding-customer pricing includes a free first month; you may cancel anytime.
Availability & liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is”. Myna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
