Myna (“Myna”, “we”) helps businesses answer and qualify WhatsApp enquiries. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your Google account email and name (to sign you in); your business information you enter (profile, services, FAQs, notification number); and WhatsApp messages between your customers and the assistant, used to qualify leads and show you conversations.
How we use it
To provide the service — running your AI receptionist, delivering leads to you, and improving reply quality. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Sharing
We use trusted processors — Supabase (database), Railway (hosting), Meta WhatsApp (messaging), and AI providers (Anthropic, Google) — solely to operate the service. Your conversations are private to your business.
Retention & your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. Email privacy@heymyna.in to access, export, or delete your data.
